Monitronics automatically renewed our contract without notifying us. They did the after months of us having to pay the monthly fee even after our security system had been destroyed by lightning (we paid thru the contract period) and us notifying them in writing twice to cancel the contract. They say we didn't cancel in time and they therefore renewed us automatically and continue to bill us nearly a year since our system stopped working. They call us several times a week trying to collect. Help!
