Horrible mortgage business, no customer support, employs high school drop outs to reply the telephone, has one universal phone number to cover all client service representatives, administrators. They provide fax numbers but never react, they provide handles but never respond to any communication. They provide wrong data and certainly will let you know they've set the issue but did nothing except lie. They create ach drafts about the incorrect day and continuously threaten you with risks of harassing telephone calls. They enforce a fee should you attempt to avoid their emc labyrinth of deception. I am 53 years old and also the toughest economic organization I actually experienced.
