Their customer support may be the toughest I've previously experienced. Each time i contact them, I'm transferred to atleast four distinct telephone numbers that i should call myself. After I eventually achieve a department that I want, they inform me they can't support me, I'm in the wrong division. They provide me a telephone number for another division that I'd previously named. Every person i talk to includes a unique account. They guarantee a solution but inorder to obtain the clear answer, you have to call-back at another period. After I do callback. Someone else doesn't have idea what I'm referring to and informs me another account. They've dropped my mortgage repayments previously. They've stated sometimes I don't occur after I infact possess a mortgage together. After I got the loan out. 2 yrs ago, they filled the evaluation and so I am today in a inverted mortgage.
