They have my name but all the other information is wrong

I've receieved 3 calls out of this organization plus they have my title, plus they keep stating that they're an assortment company and that I owe $16,000 bucks to get a student mortgage that I've never obtained. The represantive I talked to today was Arthur Benson and that I told him that I've received calls before in the same organization plus they have to take-me off the listing given that they possess the wrong person. They questioned me easily existed on Dolores Push and that I stated no, so when I requested due to their administration quantity the individual stated he'd move me and hung-up after 30 seconds.

The very first time I acquired a phone from their store I had been harassed by their represtative who kept asking me for my Day of Delivery (DOB) to ensure that he might make sure he did not possess the proper person. I had been about the telephone with him for 20 minute attempting to not provide any data and that I informed the repetition that I'm uncomfortable providing my data so if he might provide me the DOB on document I really could inform him if its right or incorrect which might confirm they have the incorrect person. He declined, and threatened to contact me night and day till I provide him a DOB. I understand he intended it since I have had 5 messages previously couple of months on my voice-mail in the same organization.

Unbelieveable. If somebody has more information please let me understand.
