Dead ORCHID-no replacement

I ordered an orchid for my sisters' birthday. It arrived via fedex in a "cold truck" 10 days later the plant was dead. I called and they wont replace it. I am disgusted with this level of customer service and I will NEVER order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to order. The plant cost 45.00 dollars. I don't have the money to spend on another present. I hope they go under.
