Problem returning merchandise

Attempted to come back a that fell apart in the joints throughout the first wash. I adopted the instructions about the label. It stated that the gown was machine washable. I'd the cut off labels and also the bill, which suggested that I'd bought the gown merely a week before. However the Dillard's supervisor wouldn't pay attention to me. All she kept saying was "I can not sell that." Really? You believe I actually donot realize that? Which wasnot the purpose. I needed my money-back to get a outfit which should have survived longer than simply one clean. Used to donot actually get store credit. I've had issues with clothes falling apart, reducing too much within the scrub, color falling a lot of, etc that I've bought at additional shops, for example Wal Mart and Victoria's Key, and I've had no issues returning them so long as I'd the bill. Therefore beware, if anything occurs to a product you purchase from Dillardis, you might not have the ability to return it.
