Debited my account for more than 3 times the amount for Obama Historic Plates. WHen I called to cancel my order, prior to shipment, I was told I could not cancel. After being told I would be called, no one called. Fairfiled, New Jersey

I called after seeing an ad on tv regarding "Historic Obama Commemorative Plates". I ordered a few plated totaling $98.93. The next day I found out they had debited my account for $207.84. I then called to cancel the order as I became uneasy with the transaction. I was told I could not cancel. I asked for a supervisor but was told none was available after holding for over a half hour. Each time I call I I am told I will get a return call but no one calls back. As a senior citizen I am extrememly worried I will not get my money back from this company.
