Confirming order prior to process

I used the ShoesUnder web site to order their product. This site is under the Telebrand umbrella and I would advise not using any of the sites for any product on line. It does not allow you to view the order total or shipping costs prior to submission. I could not verify my order and when went to where the total order should allow me any amendments/cancellations it was already processed WITH a 29.95 shipping cost.

I immediately contacted the 800 number and was told they couldn't do anything about canceling my order and the site does not allow this option either. I requested a supervisor and was advised there was no person available to address my concern. The representative indicated that if I gave them my address they could "attempt" to cancel the order prior to shipping.By the way the customer service line is 9-5 EST and there is NO on line inquiry for billing or other customer service issues.

This is not an issue of sending the order, it is an issue of not having the availablity of review prior to submitting the order. They also do not have a site where you can submit any challenges or cancellations. That is all done by phone, where of course, they can't help you. I would advise not using any of these sites if there is no ability to view your shopping cart and see if the shipping costs are reasonable for the purchase.

It is obvious they are not customer focused and I will cancel this payment from my credit card. What a great way to rip off customers.

I did check prior to ordering if there were any complaints on the ShoesUnder brand. I didn't find anything specific to that group. It was only after I was provided the order that I found they were under the Telebrand umbrella.
