Terrible experience

Scenario: I requested a pooltable from Pooltablesdirect.com after talking to 'Tim' (suppose it had been Andrew Walker, boss) in September. He 'offered me' the custom-built desk could be shipped in 12 weeks: I paid $1499 ahead of time, and put up a sensitive visit to get a skilled specialist to become at my house in December.

Problem: After 14 months, with no shipping or conversation by Pooltablesdirect.com, I named the 800 telephone number on three different occasions during business hours not able to consult with any organization agent. I quit two communications detailing my deal quantity and seeking a call-back regarding my purchase. I received NO RESPONSE.

Action: I delivered a number of emails seeking easy data regarding my purchase simply to obtain replys from Pooltablesdirect.com customer support declaring,'... Our telephone support has been transformed... We apologize,' and'... We're altering our manufacturing facility because of 'not able to fulfill our requirements'...' Again, I sent emails seeking to consult with an individual support consultant personally; I quit my house, cell, e-mail, real address. I've not received a phone answer date. Consequently of acutely bad customer support, WITH NO DELIVERY OF GOODS PAID ENTIRELY (incidentally this really is illegitimate and punishable legally) I've submitted a and are accountable to the area experts.
