Contacted Guter Mannes Hirt AKA Jeff and Karen Goodman AKA www.goodmansshepherd.com and mailed a deposit for a male puppy. He tried to push me to give him my credit card info which I didn't. 2 days later he emails me and says that he sold the pup to someone else else because I did not give him my credit card info. I told him to mail my check back to me and that I am very upset. He said I could have a female which I don't want.
I did research and found out that these people have no experience at all. Their website clearly states that they have many years experience, when infact they just started breeding German Shepherds a few months ago.
They tried hard to push the credit card and I don't feel comfortable giving that out to a stranger. Just another breeder that is in this for money.
Then I found out that the puppies were not even at his place and he did not know anything about them.
They are not ethical breeders. Stay away from them as they do not know anything about this breed.
