Over charged Labor hours, and refuses a labor hour refund

Zayd Bhimla who owns the company Mr. Home Theater (mr-home-theater.com) in Santa Clara California, Charged me for X amount of labor hours to install a home theater system in my home, I kept track of the hours he actually worked, and the hours I was charged for was well over what he actually worked. After the job was completed (And I was not satisfied with the quality at all!)

I pointed out to him, that he hardly worked over half of the hours I paid for and at a rate of $100 per hour for labor, I felt I should get a partial refund! He refused me a refund, and became very loud, rude, and completely unprofessional. I did not get a refund at all, and lost hundreds of dollars to his scam. If I pay for 20 hours of labor and you only work 15 hours, I should get a 5 hr refund! It is a scam for him to make more money, and it is unethical! Zayd Bhimla from Mr. Home Theater is a rip off and a scam / con artist!

I later came to realize he was uninsured, and unlicensed as a contractor. He only carries a business name registration in California.
