The scammers at Neighbor's Moving and Storage would not release my stored property unless I paid a $260 storage retrieval fee which was never disclosed during the pricing process. I paid it by no choice and then when they moved my stuff in, I was charged for five hours of labor when the time-in/out sheet from the mover clearly stated 4 hours of labor. They said it was for the travel time, but the travel time was included in that four hours of time duration. They charged my credit card for the 5 hours and refused to refund the one hour eventhough they said they would. This company should be out of business.
