There website described a pendant on a 34" chain. I ordered in and received a pendant on a 24" chain. They claimed the description was incorrect and changed it on website. They claim the 34" chain is not available and will not issue me a credit for my purchase unless I pay for the original and return freight to China.
The website has a link to "Live Support" that is always "offline" and the only contact is by email.
Nice "bait and switch" program going here.
Do not buy from this website.
