Bootlegged DVDs, Could Not Contact for Return Auth. Numbe

I bought a set of Ellery Queen DVDs from them (the TV show from 1974 starring Jim Hutton).

I did receive them quickly, but it was clear from the label that they were bootlegged. It looked like it was printed on someone's home printer.

I did more research online and found that ANY dvd you buy of the Ellery Queen tv show will be bootlegged because Universal Home Entertainment owns the rights and they never released any product.

So I tried to return them but
1. Their website does not show a physical address
2. I couldn't find an address using the online white pages
3. They require an RMA number for returns, but I could not get them to answer any of my emails. When I tried to call I got a message that the voice mail box was full, using two different extensions.

So now I'm going through my credit card company to dispute the charge.
