I oredered a CD for $2.99. I never received the CD and they have charged my credit card $39.95 three times plus charges for $7.98 and 9.95. I contacted my credit card company and after "investigating" they refused to take the charges off my card. The charges put me over the credit limit on my card so I have also been charged 35.00 for over the limit fees. I emailed "Ryan R. At this company twice and have not heard anything back. Is there anything else I can do to get my money back?
