Naxpmedia, Naxpmedia.com shipped bootlegged material - copyright infringement

After wondering if they'd ever ship the product we ordered for a Christmas present (The Nanny Complete Series on DVD), we finally received the DVD's after 4 weeks waiting only to find out they are bootlegged copies! The screen clearly shows 'LIFETIME' network logo in the bottom RH corner and the commercials embedded into the show by Lifetime are tstill there (such as 'next up Will and Grace').

I asked my credit card company to dispute the chanrge because the business is selling fraudulent materials.
