During the last Legislative Session REPRESENTATIVE EDMUND KUEMPEL FILED a BILL RELATING TO THE CANCELLATION OF a DATING SERVICE CONTRACT. HB 2623 was referred to the Senate Committee on Business & Commerce and is currently pending their approval. The effective date of hb 2623 is september 1.
