Bought a furniture, and was missing hardware. Called customer service to no avail. People working in golden ring were just rude, they were too busy taking personal call in their phone. The dumb blonde told me name of the manager is manager. Wouldn't give me a name. It seems like the hardware is in back order. They would not let me return it either. It really sucks. Save yourself a lot of hassle and stress. Don't shop here...
