J.D. Marvel Products they cashed my check but sent NO MERCHANDISE CHAMPLAIN NEW YORK

I sent in my order in November for two pair of boots to be given as Christmas gifts.

They cashed my check in December but never sent the merchandise.

I wrote them a letter on December 27, requesting a refund of my $34.25.

How can they get away with operating this way? If there are so many claims filed, why don't the proper authorities get involved?

Is there a government office I can write to?
