J.D. Marvel Products rip-off They cashed my cheque Dec. 5 2002 but did not send product Canada

On Nov. 23, I ordered a pair of Ice Treads from J D Marvel Products, Inc. On december 5th they cashed my cheque. To date I have not received the Ice Treads nor have I had any communication from them.
