Zero Customer Care... I named their 1-800 assistance help line and was handed only one choice... Following information. Not able to talk to a live person. I tried contacting them simply to be referred back again to the ineffective 1-800 number. I actually attempted "E" for owner as well as randon extentions within an try to cope with to anybody. It did not work.
Our purchase of inspections just had 4 of the 8 numbers of my bill number in it so that they CAn't be applied.
