Recurring charges, mystery company charges

Yesterday I noticed on my bank statement a charge in the amount of 14.95 from vistaprint and a similar charge from an unknown company named businessmax. I of course have not placed any recent orders. When I googled businessmax, I found this site. After reading what others have said, I have discovered that vistaprint has done the same thing to me.

I ordered supplies a long time ago from vistaprint and have been charged a monthly fee without realizing. Also, I have a lot of mystery charges on my card since ordering from vistaprint. I have contacted these companies to dispute the charges and have been informed that I signed on for some free trial that has expired through vistaprint. Of course, I did not sign on to anything. But I couldn't get my money back, none the less.

I am very disappointed. I have referred vistaprint to others for quite some time now, only to find out that they have been ripping me off. Something should be done.
