Rip-off deceptive company

I became suckered into buying the deal from this so-called magazine company when they promised me only a years worth of payments and a sweepstakes offer. Over the next several months they continued to call and hound me and gave me misleading information as to what I was agreeing to. They offered to take $20 off my total bill but didn't outright tell me that they were charging me in full at that time rather than monthly.

When I called to complain & get my money refunded, I was told I was past the 30 cancellation period that I was never told about and that they could put me back on paying monthly in 3-10 business days. Now, almost 4 weeks later they still have not refunded my money and I have a credit card bill that I cannot afford because I was a suckered in mislead college student.
