Created a purchase at Great Toes Shop of 2 models of plastic inserts. Although I had been happy with one established, another didn't help my toes at-all, and that I delivered them for an change inside the 60-day grace time they provide, significantly less than per month following the initial purchase. The worker essentially contended with me they do function and they do not consider results. I recommended at that time of purchase I had been informed to come back them within 60-days and an change could be created. The worker subsequently contended that he teaches clerks and he understands the worker wouldn't have explained that! Once the worker ultimately decided to trade the inserts for another set of their positions, he attempted to cost me the buying price of purchasing them individually, after I had purchased a in the bundle cost to start with! After not taking this, along with a telephone call from the worker to his mother who possesses the shop, he mentioned he'd cost me the bundle preceding for that trade positions like a benefit. Along with he handled us as though we were attempting to make the most of the shop

Moral of the tale - after they get your cash best of luck in returning the positions or obtaining an exchange. Although I've no criticism in the way the one set of positions done, simply the stress and insulting perspective of the shop upon my returning the merchandise to get a easy trade was outrageous. Hope I'd gone elsewhere.
