Bad service

Ordered power supply. It was DOA. (Even though as per the site they TEST them). It took 6 weeks to get another RMA's. (the delay due to insufficient RMA tracking, I suppose, I had to give them the UPS tracking # so they could "Find" it.)

That replacement power supply arced severely, and blew a transistor through it's vent. (thank goodness no-one was injured arcing or schrapnel!) Of course in both cases we made sure the power supply switch was set to 110v, not 220V.

During the 6 week wait we ordered (from another company of course) another Power Supply that works fine.

I surmise thhey (atxcases) did nothing but ship the same original bad power supply back without doing anything.

We're not going to waste another minute trying to work with this company, as this would akin to throwing good money after bad.
