The collections department for Sears Agency has sent me wrong billings for 2 years

I have been getting erroneous and wrong billings from Sears Agency for over 2 years. I have been trying to contact the corporate office and I was put in contact with the managers. They say that they cannot change my bills and that they are only in charge of real estate matters and not credit.

I got to speak to the boss Steven and the manager Mike. They are with sears corporate in Irvine. They said the attorney would try to straighten out my problem. I have had better luck here at the Irvine office 18 truman. The Illinois department was no help at all and only sent me more billings.
