Sears corporate credit has been sending me billings for purchases that were returned and not credited to the statement. I sent letters to the address I found at Irvine corporate 18 truman. I finally was able to reach a manager and they referred me to the east coast office. I got some help from mike and Steven who explained the situation with the billing address confusion. The attorney there was most helpful and looked up the Illinois phone # for me. Without their help I would be truly lost.
