The ripoff business that doesnt give a dam victimized many consumers

I went into the Staples Office supply store in Wilkes Co. NC to sign up for MSN, because of the fact they had up a poster stating you would receive a 400.00 store credit to sign up. When I did sign up all I received was two hundred dollar store credit and they gave me the wrong merchindise. I had to go back to the store the next day and there was a bad ice storm in Wilkesboro the night before. As I was leaving the store, I slipped and feel on the ice on there side walk. The store manager (Chris) was out side the store when I feel and didn't even ask me if I was ok. Two lady's walking up to the store ask me if I was allright and I said no, I cant get up.

My husband came and picked me up off the side walk and carried me to his truck, by this time the lady's had went into the store and told the girl working behind the counter (Pamela Patterson) who was a freind of mine, and my sister that also works there. My sister came running out side to check on me, because I already have ostio arthritis in my spine. She ask me if I was ok and all I said to her was no, I hurt and I was crying so hard. When I left the store, they fussed at her for me getting the 200. Store credit the day before and a freind of mine went to the store that same day to sign up for msn and got turned down flat! She could sign up, but no store credit! A few days later, my freind Pam was fired, because she was ass. With me!

And then I recieved a letter from a lawyer stating they would pay my medical bills! I have insurance! But I still dont have all the feeling in my right hip, how are they going to help that? Putting up a caution sign the next day didn't help me at all!!! I think they are terriable people and consumers should stop giving them bussiness at all!!!
