My husband purchased a ring for me for christmas. I did not like the ring and took it back to the jewelry store and spoke to the owner about getting my money back. He would only give me a store credit which i did not want. I asked him to show me anywhere in the store a sign that stated store credit only and he stated he did not have to post a sign since there was a law that protected him. I have not been back to the store and will not go back herefore i am out 850.00.
