I requested a duplicate of Things of Battle 2 LE on 10/10. The sport was launched on 11/7. On 11/11, their website stated "sold-out". After I named customer care, they stated they went outofstock. I questioned how they went sold-out without giving me one, after I preordered them per month ahead of time, that they'd no solution. They explained to call-back Friday, when their inventory info gets updated, without any estimation of when or if my sport can actually deliver.
