Worse customer service ever!

I purchase 4 hats for my boyis playoff event for the instructors to use. I requested the hats per month beforehand so that they might appear promptly. Following a week I questioned when they were sent plus they stated he was focusing on them-and these were being submitted 1-2 times. After 2 weeks I delivered a contact out wondering where my hats were plus they stated these were sold-out on that limit. He was focusing on them that moment plus they were shipping them out. I questioned why I had been not informed these were out of inventory soonier and also to deliver them in a quicker method since period was working out. He explained I had been rude which he'd return my cash that I still haven't observed. I lost money and my instructors didn't make it happen presents over time for that large game. This organization must be taken off the web and costs to become introduced against them for maintaining cash!!!
