Unjustified billing

Organization charged for washing a blocked drain. Not just Organization charged an enormous quantity for around 10 units function, $225.00, however they include $15.00 being an ecological charge.

There is no sill of dust with no assortment of any deposit by organization and there is no mention of the any official regulation or record regarding such charge.

It seems like quite unjustified. Are you able to support?
