Ripoff unjustified charge and billing credit damage

AOL unjustified charges have cost me to loose more the $400 in overdrat for a $23 un justified one. At first they (AOL menber in india) " it was for a cancellation fee" then the menbers in the USA told me i had 3 unpaids month for AOL. We all know that three unpaid months doesn't cost $23. F anybody is in the same situation i will be ready to testify for them.
