Patrick Motors ripoff rude, female haters, stupid, liers, deceptive company the business that doesnt give a dam rip-off scam dirt bags ripoff business from hell Auburn Massachusetts...

This company detailed my 2000 vw beetle o.K. Charged me 140.00 for basicly a wax job. When I drove the car that night as I work evenings I realized I had no high beam lights which I had the previous night
I called patrick and told them wwhat happened and I wanted it checked as the detailer must of broke the inside switch cleaning the car. A friend checked all fuses and bulbs to make sure it wasn't the problem. After patrick checked it out it indeed was an inside switch which was broken. This switch is on the steering wheel if I broke it somehow I would of known it. They charged my$180.00 to fix the switch i am positive detailer broke while cleaning inside of car.

I beleive someone accidently hit it or bent it while detailing. Patrick motors service man elvis dyer said oh well not our fault as we contract out our detail business. They said we will give owner your number and have him call you he is not in today! He has yet to call mefour days later. I dont beleive he will. To get my keys I had to pay it... I cant beleive they did this to me!!!
I know they have scammed people before with auto parts. As I have talked with and seen many unhappy customers at this place. I take care of this car and i am an honest 54 yr old female. I would not lie about this I beleive they took advantage of me being a female. I am so upset over this. Please can you help its not the mney but the way they just brushed me off. I had hoped they would of even offered to pay for half but no deal.
