Looking for Other Obee's Franchisses to File Class Action

When I was approached by the Obee's team, it was told that Obee's will be growing exponentially in N. California. I paid the company $20K fees and they promised to help me finding a location and assist with training. However, after they received the fees and I started researching, it appeared all of Obee's stores in N. California either did not open or closed due to lack of bad management and support. Regardless of my multiple attempts, I have not been able to recover my money. Please avoid Obee's and if you already invested, please email me. I am looking to take a legal action. May be we can get enough people to file a class action.
