When a company charges your card, you expect information on when you're going to receive your product. You start to feel you've been scammed. This company takes its sweet time responding... I mean days and they cause you to email and the response from them is so sarcastic and extremely rude. I think its an in the basement, one guy operation. When you place an order, I swear they could care less. Listen to me, don't do business with this company as I have... And I've regretted it.
