I ordered a trial sample only. Once this company has the credit card information, they will continually send you products that are not authorized to be sent. When speaking to their representative Chris, who was extremely rude and unhelpful, he claimed that I agreed to the terms of them allowing future shipments without my consent. They claim that you have to call to cancel with in 14 days of ordering the product. There are several problems with this scenario. First, it takes 2 weeks to get the product. Second, their product advertisment claims that you need to use the product for 30 days to see results. Third, there are no results, the product does not do what it claims to do. Fourth, there is absolutely no mention of what the product costs on the original order site. Sixth, the shipments come with very little or no information at all. Random company information, no phone numbers, no customer service contact information. This company is a scam. I am also reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
