Horizon Travel - National Vacations
We were led down the path as senior citizen and taken advantage of

I WAS taken advantage of by Horizon travel on the night of 15 Feb by going to this meeting. We were ushered inton a room by Bob, sat at a table and talked for a few minutes to get us ready for the SELL. Albert came in and started with hus SELL. It was good and it was great in that HE was going to help us get great vacations, great travel discounts [ the best of the country ]and very hot deals for vacations all over, at prices specially low because HIS [ this company ] had the in, with hundred of vacationplaces and points we all want to got to.

HIS talk and stories were lies in that HE was going to have nothing to do with any, after this talk. His talk was all color to get our minds ready to agree to anything that HE put before us. Which we did. When he finished we were all in agreement that he was the bnest thing since sliced bread! He was going to do everything for us.

He was a pressure salesperson and a very good one. We beleived him..
This new guy came to us and showed just where to sign and the small print is all going to agree with what we just heard. We signed, [ just initial everything ] and did not read all the small print. Than after all this, we wrote the checks, and after they were checked OK this guy gave us this TCI book. Travel Club International, 2227 S. 48th Street, Suite A, Tempe AZ, 85282, than went on to tell us that what ever our travel needs were, we were to call that number and every one would be taken care of. Bullshit

I called 10 days later and got a girl who didn't know enough english to help me. She took my number and would have a salesperson call me back. Bullshit
I called 3 days later and got a girl who said she would give my information to a salesperson who would call me. Bullshit
I never got a call from anyone who would give me travel information.

I called the parent company, [National Vacations inc ] and got a person who knows their system, was told that she would call AZ and get them on the ball. Bullshit.
I now know that We were led down that path as senior citizens and taken advantage of.

This is wrong and yet this company keeps on doing it.
