There site claims you are able to stop your purchase if it's not delivered. This isn't the situation. I requested a wire on Saturday evening and named Mon to stop it and also the repetition asked me to call-back in a half-hour. The 2nd repetition stated my purchase had been already prepared for cargo. It's today 5 nights later and my purchase has nevertheless not displaying as-shipped.
