They called me to help lower my credit card interest rates and I foolishly agreed to let them charge my credit card for a one time fee. I called their customer service number to cancel immediately after the call, realizing I made a big mistake. They are impossible to get a hold of, they never call back and the phone number is just to an answering service. I have been the victim of a telemarketing scam.
