Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on

Purchased a Coleman Powermate Product Dec 31 (from Sam's Club). Product failed Dec 27. Warranty was for 1 year to original purchaser from date of purchase. Called service center, got automated voice response to go to their website. Went to Powermate.com.

Looked up help for the specific product (single stage air compressor) emailed service center got the response, sorry Coleman powermate out of business, we can't honor their warranty. Gave me a service center number.

I called, waited 30 minutes nice lady says sorry that company is out of business we purchased their stock but not their warranties. We'll sell you a part, gave model number, sorry we don't have those parts.

I haven't tried Sam's Club yet, but will and if they don't help I will up date this complaint to add them.

So I suggest if you want service after the sale, don't buy any products associated with either Coleman Powermate, Coleman brand, or Sanborn manufacturing LLC or you'll get a sorry product and no support.
