Coleman had been regarded as a great company, until they allowed Alco Industries-Team Products to use their name on 18V, rechargeable tool set with a Battery (PMD8131) that does not hold the charge, and now the Team Product has disappeared leaving Coleman Powermate with all the complaints and bad Reputation.
Coleman, in Wichita, Kansas, 800-835-3278, admits error with Alco Industries, but offers No Resolution, or suggestions, to the problem with the batteries.
Sorry to say that the product is near useless, unless you find someone selling the same battery and using it until it dies.
