Rip off, do NOT use them! Never delive

I placed an order from Bloom Depot on 12/22 to be delivered on 12/24, I even paid for shipping to make sure they were in by 3pm. The flowers were for a person vacationing and needless to say never got there until 12/26. The flowers were supposed to be for a NY address and I followed the FedEx tracker and they were sent to TN, then to NJ, and finally to NY. When the flowers FINALLY arrived they were damaged and in terrible condition, and the intended person had already gone back to thier home state! I would never recommend this place. I called customer service many times and wrote on their customer service link and have yet to hear from them. The flowers cost a good amount of money and yet I have nothing to show for them, but damaged flowers! Do not use bloom depot!!
