Don't Trust Bloom Flowers Scam! - Flowers

I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful arrangement for my sisters upcoming engagement party. I ordered it over the phone with specific instructions on when and where I needed them delivered. Of course they were late. If that was the only issue I wouldn't waste my time writing this. The charged my credit card twice, they didn't charge the correct amount either time and my order was incorrect. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and am waiting to here back if I will get reimbursed. Trust Bloom Flowers is a scam and I would advise against using there services!
