I paid brandon palm 800 dollars to give me a new furnace because thats what he charged and he took my old furnace apart and left it in my backyard and now he wont answer my calls and it's been two weeks i have to explain to my wife why we have no heat, the city i live in says they cant help me cause they say i make too much money and i am unemployed, cant figure that one out yet, but i need to know what are my options legally before i do it my way, and how do you find out if a person is licensed and bonded even though i have the card that says it
