This unsolicited letter appears to offer a platinum credit card. It mentions Visa and Mastercard ambiguously. Once again, the information in the small print states UWCS it not affiliated with Visa or Mastercard, and not a multipurpose credit card. It is for purchases from UWCS. This is how the scam works. People are just not paying attention.
