Shipping rip off

Ordered and paid for "guaranteed shipping by Christmas" only to find out the order was not shipped per the website's promo.

The "floor manager" claimed to have "special arrangements" with UPS, which is totally bogus, and guaranteed shipment by Christmas. UPS confirmed there is no such arrangement and the shipment was sent via ground for a much less cost that what I paid for 2 day service.

Beware of being ripped off of promises and payment for services which are not available.
