Snuggies Blankets
I paid for it and now I cant get my products they charged me $66.00 and some change and give me what they claimed to be a number that I could talk tosome one but all it does is pick up and hangs up on you

When I placed the order they told me it would be here in 2 business days I waited 10 days to call to find out why I had not got my 4 blanketss yet and got a voice recording to tell me to call a different 800 number so I did that has music on it and then it hangs up on you they all ready got my money and now I can not get the product and ao course it is a xmas present for my mother inlaw and my sister

Please help me I do not no what to do next
