Snuggies seem to be a total rip off

I agree with Rachel about Snuggies. I, also, ordered two packages from them
weeks prior to Christmas. I never received confirmation.

When you call any of their phone numbers ~ they are all automated. When you finally obtain the customer service number (they make it very hard for you to obtain this) A recording asks you if you wish to speak to a representative.

You never have the chance to speak with a rep because you either get cut off, someone picks up the phone and hangs it up (without speaking) or you
receive a fax signal, or the phone just keeps ringing. There is no way to
get through to check on your "order".

I am very ticked. I do not believe that this is a legitimate company. If they are ~ they have very poor business practices and no ethics what so ever. I am reporting them to every agency I can find.
