Sold me guns, was waiting for approval, when i didnt... He try to let me have the gun without apporvals

On December 5th, i walked into AMERICAN WHOLESALE JEWELRY in 3095 S Military trail, Lake worth FL 33414, to buy a gun.

I had filled out the paper work paid $ 452.30 for the Guardian 38, i was told by the employee Ronda that i need to wait for approval from the state, i was fine with that, since i am aware it is a state law.

I been calling every few days to see if it passed and if i was approved, but it did not.

I decided after 2 weeks wait to go and get my money back, the owner a nasty, aragant and shady looking man name Branado, told me in a nasty way, and try to talk me in taking the gun any way, and if it came back negative i will need to bring it back.

Of course i refused, i will not walk out of a store with a gun, without approval.

Saturday, the 20th i went there to get my money back, and he gave me a hard time, and was very nasty and insulating.

And he said the girls who handle the guns is not in, and he can not give me the refunds, of course i was upset, the girl only works there, this scum bag is the owner.
It did not help, i left, and had to come back again on the 22nd, sent in my friend to get me my money back and she did.

The establishment is also a jewelry and a pawn shop, and i saw few shady characters of the street walking in with what it seems to me as HOT JEWELRY, the n owner paid cash for the jewelry and rush those guys out, he paid them cash without ID, i can just imagine where this gold pcs came from.

THIS MAN IS NASTY.insulting and a displayed a shady business ettics, my next step is to check, if he allowed to sell guns STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN, i know another person who he sold guns to, that had a simulator experiences
